May 7, 2013: The BRAC WASH programme in Bangladesh has produced a new handwashing promotion video. It shows slides of handwashing promotion sessions for different groups (children, adolescent girls, women, men), as well as for schools, village WASH committees and mosques (imams).
The video was released on 5 May to coincide with the World Health Organization’s (WHO) annual global campaign to promote better hand hygiene in health care. See Video (Source: DietVorst)

Bal Suchna Patal were children's notice boards that were put up at prominent places in the villages frequented by the duty bearers. These notice boards provided an excellent medium for the children who were shy and discriminated against to express their WASH related needs. Children would write down their problems on the notice boards and these would be erased by them only when the problem was solved.
